How do I log out?
To log out, simply choose "Logout" located on the bar to the upper right of any page.

What personal information do I have to provide to use this service?

Name, email address, and various information related to your tour onboard is required. To ensure your privacy your email address will never be visible, instead email will be sent through our online message center. Once you have registered you may add an optional address or phone number.

How do I register?
Complete the short registration form.

It is telling me my Username is taken. What should I do?
Try adding some numbers or additional letters to the username you tried.

I no longer wish to receive notifications or periodic emails. How can I change my email preference?
Select "Email Options" from the menu on the left.

I have not received my temporary password?
You should normally receive your temporary password within a few minutes. Some email providers use strict email/spam filtering software that may be blocking email. If you do not receive your password you should change the email address you have on file. Your email address will be manually changed and username and password will be sent to the new email address.

My email address or other personal information has changed. How do I update my profile.
Select "Edit Profile" from the menu on the left.

I want to change my Username.
Sorry, but we are unable to make changes to usernames. You may update your password, but a username cannot be changed.

How can I retrieve a lost username or password?
Please click here and enter the username associated with your profile. Your username and password will be emailed to you. Click here if you have lost your password and your email address is no longer current.

My email address has changed and I have lost my password?
If you have lost your password and your email address is no longer current use our contact form to send the following information. (old email, new email, & username)

How can I remove my account?
Select "Edit Profile" then "Close Account".

How do I delete a duplicate profile?
Log into the profile you wish to remove and select "Edit Profile" then "Close Account" or email us with the username and email address of the account you would like to have removed.

How can I add an image to my profile?
Select "Edit Profile" then "Manage Photo". The following tips will assist you in uploading a photo.

  • Select a file with .jpg as the extension
  • Select the smallest file size possible, less than 1 MB is best
  • If possible:
    • crop the image to the desired display area
    • resize the image to 150px wide

How do I change my tour years?
Select "Change Enrollment Period " from the menu bar on the left.

Why can't I access my account?
Try resetting your password. If that doesn't work try using a different Web browser. If you are running security software that blocks session cookies, try disabling the software. If you continue to have problems, please report the issue as soon as possible. Include the browser version and operating system you were using as well as any error message you may have encountered.
